Education & Training:

Spero's  formal education from is from the Chicago Public School system after graduating  Hubbard High School he took classes in Accounting, Finance, Insurance, and Sanitation at Richard J Daley City College and Moraine Valley Community College. He studied Business and Finance at The New York Institute of Finance and The Walton School of Commerce  He has attended countless Courses and Seminar’s in sales, investing and real estate.

Certifications:

CRS Certified Residential Specialist, CDPE Certified Distressed Property Expert, CNC Certified Negation Counselor, e-pro Designee, CSC Certified Staging Consultant, SP Listing University.

He is an instructor at Prairie State College and has conducted many real estate and sales courses and seminars. Spero is available to speak at community groups and meetings.

Experience:

His work experience prior to Real Estate included jobs in Stock Brokerage and  Financial firms.

Realtor:

Spero was first licensed in 1986. Since then he has have been dedicated to helping his clients get to where they want to be on time. As a result of that quest he has learned to handle the many curves that the real estate gods can throw into a transaction. Keeping his clients in the very best position to negotiate has been his priority. Spero has learned that negotiations are an art on to themselves.

Giving back to the profession he loves has led Spero to may exciting activities.  He has volunteered as a member of the Main Street Association of Realtor’s Professional Development Committee. He served as an instructor for the Southwest Suburban Board of Realtors, teaching new members procedures on Equal Opportunity in Housing and ethics in the work place. He chaired several Committees’ including Community Development and EEOH. He also served as a board member.

In addition to his Real Estate practice he is a member of Orland Park Lions Club and the Chicago Area Runners Association.

Personal:

His passion is running. He has completed 15 marathons and countless shorter races. He loves to mountain bike, hike, kayak, and golf. He is a member of Yankee Runners. He plays guitar and is a huge Beatles fan.
