I had not sold real estate in 33 years, so it was helpful to have someone with Spero's experience. We benefited from his advice throughout the entire process, and it was not only helpful, it was enlightening as well (who knew so many things had changed in 33 years?). He was responsive to countless questions, and never lost patience. Besides his real estate knowledge, the best thing is his exceedingly calm and friendly demeanor. When I was unglued by (what I perceived to be) excessive seller costs (this tax, that tax, this fee, that fee), he listened to me rant/rave and very calmly explained each item and reassured me that they were all legitimate charges and completely normal in the real estate world. Next time, I will know! I would not hesitate to recommend Spero and the next time I have real estate to handle, I will definitely contact him (providing he would want to do business with me again!).

When I think of the benefits we got from working with Spero in finding a house, having it inspected, negotiating the purchase, and finding financing, our conclusion is I would have to be nuts to buy a house without using a realtor. When we sold the same house four years later (due to a family expansion), our conclusion is we would have been nuts to sell it using any other realtor than Spero. We were not disappointed. If we ever decide to sell the house we live in now, the only way we would talk to anyone else would be if Spero were no longer available. He's a true full-time professional, you can tell that he loves his work, he's truly a nice person, and we would recommend him unconditionally to anyone.
